Please read the following Terms and Conditions Agreement Carefully. By accessing or using our website (www.scaleshub.com) or our services, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all terms incorporated herein by reference. It is the responsibility of you, the user, customer, or prospective customer to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to use this site. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, then please do not access or use our site or our services.

Prices and Quotations:

All prices published or quoted by Scales Hub may change at any time without notice. Quotes and other offers of sale are valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing. All prices or quotes are subject to adjustment on account to of specifications, quantities, shipment arrangements or other terms or conditions which are not part of Scales Hub´s original stated price or price quotation.

Prices do not include any taxes, shipping, packaging, handling, insurance, duties, inspection fees, permit fees, installation, or other costs or services unless otherwise specified in the Scales Hub order documents.

Duties and Taxes:

Scales Hub shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state (Florida). All duties and taxes must be paid by the Customer, unless the Customer provide a valid, signed tax exemption certificate
or letter of exemption for each respective jurisdiction.

Terms of Payment:

All payments shall be made in U.S. Dollars. Scales Hub accepts most major credit cards, wire transfers, money orders, cashier’s check, personal checks, company checks in U.S. Dollars only.

Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order in processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

For international orders (outside of the USA), we require wire transfer as the method of payment. There will be $30 Wire Transfer Fee to cover Intermediary Bank Charge only (Customer should still pay bank charges imposed by customer’s bank). Please contact us for more details.

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Free standard shipping on orders $199 or more. Exclusions apply*

• All Items are sold for domestic consumption in the United States.

If exported, Customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with US export
controls.

Returns & Refunds:

Thank you for shopping with us, we are here to help.

• Our products can be return within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
• Products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
• All clearance sale products are final sales, and Scales Hub will not accept returns for any reason.

Product Warranties:

The products that Scales Hub supplies are obtained from a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”) and are not warranted by Scales Hub, but Scales Hub agrees to assign to Customer any warranty rights the Supplier has bestowed to Scales Hub.

Any warranties provided by Scales Hub to Customer will be null and void if the product is damaged, destroyed, or otherwise rendered deviated from conformance with published specifications as a result of (i) normal wear and tear, (ii) accident, disaster or event of force majeure, (iii) misuse, fault or negligence of or by Customer, (iv) alteration of, or tampering with, the Products by Customer (v) use of the Products in a manner for which they were not designed (misuse), even if such misuse is foreseeable, (vi) causes external to the Products such as, but not limited to, power failure or electrical power surges, (vii) improper storage and handling of the Products or (viii) use of the Products in combination with equipment not supplied by Scales Hub. If Seller determines that Products for which Customer has requested warranty services are not covered by the warranty hereunder, Customer shall pay or reimburse Seller for all costs of investigating and responding to such request at Seller’s then prevailing time and materials rates. If Seller provides repair services or replacement parts that are not covered by this warranty, Customer shall pay Seller therefor at Seller’s then prevailing time and materials rates. ANY INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, SERVICE, RELOCATION OR ALTERATION TO OR OF, OR OTHER  TAMPERING WITH, THE PRODUCTS PERFORMED BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY OTHER THAN SELLER WITHOUT SELLER’S PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL, OR ANY USE OF REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY SELLER, SHALL IMMEDIATELY VOID AND CANCEL ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE AFFECTED PRODUCTS.

THE OBLIGATIONS CREATED BY THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE ERROR-FREE OR WILL ACCOMPLISH ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

Use of the products sold on this site is at the users’ sole risk.

SCALES HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PLANT, PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCTS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE OR FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY US.

Representations and warranties made by any person, including dealers and representatives of the Company, which are inconsistent with, in conflict with, or in excess of the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon the Company.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN, THE LIMITS ON LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF USE SHALL APPLY TO ALL PURCHASES MADE ON THE SITE.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
