Shipping Policy:

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Scales Hub. Following is our Shipping Policy

Scales Hub offers free shipping in most of the products and orders over 199 USD (exclusions apply*). Most of the units ship directly from the manufacturer, therefore several carriers may be used including FedEx, UPS, among others.

*Exclusions like LTL freight, products with special discounts, expedited options, shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and  International orders are NOT eligible for free shipping. Email us at sales@scaleshub.com to receive a shipping quote.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (lead time for in stock items). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If you need expedite shipping please contact us at sales@scaleshub.com.

If a product is unavailable for delivery (out of stock), we will notify you immediately and provide an estimated shipment date. If applicable, possible substitutions or upgrades will be considered for you and must be approved prior to shipment.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Product Acceptance:

Immediately upon receipt of Products shipped hereunder, Customer shall inspect the Products and notify Scales Hub in writing of any claims for order or shipping errors, shortages, or defects and shall hold any such goods for Distributor’s written instructions concerning disposition. If Customer fails to notify Distributor within five (5) days after receipt of Products, the Products shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms provided herein and shall be irrevocably accepted by Customer.

Damages:

Scales Hub is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy:

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Scales Hub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.).
