Scales Hub will try to make every purchase a pleasant one. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Termination Prior to Shipment:

Customer may cancel an order prior to pick up by Designated Shipper at Supplier’s shipping point. In such case, no payment will be due Distributor.

Product Returns:

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returns must have prior authorization from Scales Hub and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) which must be attached to return shipping documents. Returns made without prior authorization or the RMA number will be returned to Customer, freight collect.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. All returned products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs or fees on returns not due to the Scales Hub error.

Products not authorized for return include:

• Products that have been provided under terms indicating that they are nonreturnable.
• Products not in a completely resalable condition (including, without limitation, open Products, sampled Products, or Products with damaged, missing, or defaced labeling or packaging).
• Products in less than full-case quantities that were sold in full-case quantities.
• Items that have been used or are without the original packaging, labeling, and manuals.
• Products that are not able to be returned to the manufacturer.
• Products purchased on a special-order basis (including, without limitation, personalized or customized products).
• Products not purchased by Customer from Scales Hub.
• Discontinued Products
• All clearance sale products are final sales, and Scales Hub. will not accept returns for any reason.
• Non-Distributor line products supplied to Customer as an accommodation, including, without limitation, third party purchases.
• Products that have been shipped outside the United States.

Product Warranties:

The products that Scales Hub supplies are obtained from a third-party supplier (the “Supplier”) and are not warranted by Scales Hub, but Scales Hub agrees to assign to Customer any warranty rights the Supplier has bestowed to Scales Hub.

Any warranties provided by Scales Hub to Customer will be null and void if the product is damaged, destroyed, or otherwise rendered deviated from conformance with published specifications as a result of (i) normal wear and tear, (ii) accident, disaster or event of force majeure, (iii) misuse, fault or negligence of or by Customer, (iv) alteration of, or tampering with, the Products by Customer (v) use of the Products in a manner for which they were not designed (misuse), even if such misuse is foreseeable, (vi) causes external to the Products such as, but not limited to, power failure or electrical power surges, (vii) improper storage and handling of the Products or (viii) use of the Products in combination with equipment not supplied by Scales Hub. If Seller determines that Products for which Customer has requested warranty services are not covered by the warranty hereunder, Customer shall pay or reimburse Seller for all costs of investigating and responding to such request at Seller’s then prevailing time and materials rates. If Seller provides repair services or replacement parts that are not covered by this warranty, Customer shall pay Seller therefor at Seller’s then prevailing time and materials rates. ANY INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, SERVICE, RELOCATION OR ALTERATION TO OR OF, OR OTHER TAMPERING WITH, THE PRODUCTS PERFORMED BY ANY PERSON OR ENTITY OTHER THAN SELLER WITHOUT SELLER’S PRIOR WRITTEN APPROVAL, OR ANY USE OF REPLACEMENT PARTS NOT SUPPLIED BY SELLER, SHALL IMMEDIATELY VOID AND CANCEL ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE AFFECTED PRODUCTS.

THE OBLIGATIONS CREATED BY THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT SHALL BE THE SOLE REMEDY OF CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT, SELLER DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ORAL OR WRITTEN, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCTS ARE ERROR-FREE OR WILL ACCOMPLISH ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.

Use of the products sold on this site is at the users’ sole risk.

SCALES HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGE OR INJURY TO PLANT, PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT OR PRODUCTS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR FAILURE OF ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY US.

Representations and warranties made by any person, including dealers and representatives of the Company, which are inconsistent with, in conflict with, or in excess of the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon the Company.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY STATED HEREIN, THE LIMITS ON LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF USE SHALL APPLY TO ALL PURCHASES MADE ON THE SITE.

Other Restrictions:

This policy is subject to change without notice by Scales Hub. This policy is further subject to modification or revision as Scales Hub may deem appropriate or necessary to comply with applicable federal, state, local and international laws, rules and regulations, and any other applicable regulatory agency guidelines and restrictions.
